Her experience across multiple jurisdictions has given her a strong understanding of the legal, regulatory, and business challenges law firms face while maintaining exceptional client service and long-term profitability.
What sets Tina apart is her firsthand experience building and operating a law firm from the ground up. Early in her career, she founded and managed her own practice, overseeing everything from client representation to financial management, staffing, compliance, marketing, and business development. That experience gave her a practical understanding of the pressures attorneys and firm leaders navigate every day and shaped the solutions-oriented approach she brings to her work.
Today, Tina combines the perspective of an attorney and former law firm owner to support 3sixty Consulting Group’s clients. She serves as a trusted resource for attorneys and leadership teams seeking practical guidance grounded in both legal knowledge and real-world experience. Whether helping firms navigate growth, transition, or day-to-day challenges, Tina brings a collaborative, client-centered approach focused on supporting the people behind the practice.
